Why don't you list the rent?

Rent is set when a home becomes available, based on the home and the lease length. When we contact you about an opening, we'll share the current rent and lease terms.

Are any homes available right now?

Not at the moment. Every home is leased. Joining the waitlist is the best way to hear about the next opening, often before it's advertised anywhere else.

Can I join the waitlist for more than one home?

Yes. Choose "Any home" in the form, or mention the homes you're interested in in your message.

Do you allow pets?

Most of our homes do not allow pets. The details for each home say so where that applies.

Who maintains the outside of the home?

At most of our homes, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal are handled by the owner, so you don't have to worry about them.
